With winter (finally!) right around the corner, it's also (finally!) acceptable to wear my favorite cold weather accessory. Despite the fact that I unjustly wear my beanies year round, it becomes even more exciting to put them on when I know they're going to look cute, and keep me warm! My favorite and most worn hat is a grey/multi-colored knit beanie from Free People, but don't let that limit your beanie-spectrum because this season the trend is becoming more and more a part of every type of style. From athletic-themed fashion, to girly/feminine style, and even edgier outfits, beanies are making a statement nearly everywhere. BCBG Max Azria sent their models down the runway in them, celebrities like Rihanna and Cara Delevigne wear them regularly. I'm not going to be one to argue with the experts. Are you?
